Synthesi turntable pallet wrapper

The SYNTHESI is a turntable wrapper for wrapping palletized loads for the Europalet (800 x 1,200 mm) and American pallet (1,000 x 1,200 mm). Equipped with manually adjustable mechanical friction (FM) spool carriages for standard stretch film, pre-stretched film and macro-perforated film.

With this new thickness, access to the machine with pallet trucks or forklifts is much easier, and can be done from all points of the machine with no manoeuvring.

LOW PROFILE ROTARY TABLE

This accessory makes the machine the lowest profile wrapper on the market. Thanks to its low thickness, electric trucks and pallet trucks have no problem handling loads before or after packing.

ACCESS RAMPS

Access ramps are the best complement to the Synthesi Low Profile. They are distributed per unit and are mobile, which means that you can place them at the most optimal entry point for your operators. Three access ramps give total access to the machine from anywhere in your warehouse.

PALLET PLATFORM

This special platform makes the Synthesi a perfect machine for manoeuvring with a pallet truck. Thanks to two grooves, the entry and exit of the load is carried out comfortably and easily. It does not affect the stability or the quality of wrapping.
